Many assume that seeing a nutritionist is all about being told to eat more broccoli and fewer burgers, but working with a good nutritionist is so much more than this. Though you come away with detailed practical guidance on what to eat, Alice will firstly work to understand your health and wellbeing picture – both current and past, physical and mental.
Her methods are based around treating you as a whole person, meaning that she works to understand what makes you tick – in terms of your diet and food preferences, lifestyle and particular personal requirements - to ensure her recommendations are fully tailored to your needs.
She then creates a bespoke plan to help you address your goals which covers nutritional advice, testing information, lifestyle guidance, and relevant supplements.
Alice has access to some of the best specialist laboratories worldwide and can advise and organise relevant tests where necessary to guide her protocols. She works closely with labs that do in-depth analyses of everything from hormones (Dutch test), gut health, cardiovascular function, nutritional and DNA profiling to metabolic function and biological ageing. She also has a network of specialists in all areas that she can refer to for further treatment, from gastroenterology, to endocrinology and aesthetics.
The goal is to feel and see changes as quickly as possible, but fundamentally to make long-term, sustainable improvements to how you look and feel.

Your in-person or Zoom appointment initial 60-minute consultation with Alice will cover an in-depth discussion of your current health and wellbeing and goals. Alice will devise a bespoke action plan full of recommendations personalised to your needs.
24 hours later - Receive your personal protocol
Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations and any information about relevant supplements and testing will be emailed to you.
Your second appointment
4-8 weeks later your 60-minute follow up to discuss test results, progress and further plans.
Your third appointment
4-8 weeks later your final 60-minute follow up to discuss progress and ongoing plans for long-term success.
